Bytely — Sub-processors

This page lists the third-party service providers ("sub-processors") that 2410945 ONTARIO INC. (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us") engages to operate the file-transfer service available at https://app.bytely.xyz (the "Service", marketed as "Bytely"). Each sub-processor processes personal information on our behalf, under a written data-processing agreement, and only for the limited purposes set out below.
This list is referenced by, and forms part of, the Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

We have entered into a data-processing agreement with each sub-processor that contains the contractual safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation, the United Kingdom GDPR, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada), and other applicable data-protection law. Where personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection, the transfer is supported by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Addendum, or the Swiss Data Protection Authority's adaptations, as applicable.
Change Notification
We will update this page whenever we add, remove, or replace a sub-processor. Where required by law or contract, and in any event for material changes affecting the personal information of data subjects in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will give at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to object before the new sub-processor begins processing your personal information.
To receive change notifications by email, write to support@bytely.xyz and ask to be added to the sub-processor change list.
If you object to the engagement of a new sub-processor on legitimate data-protection grounds, contact support@bytely.xyz. If we cannot reasonably accommodate the objection, your sole remedy is to terminate your account; we will refund any prepaid amounts covering the period after termination, on a pro-rata basis.
